Petitioner-appellant Richard Thompson (hereinafter appellant) appeals the order denying his petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus brought against respondents-appellees George Yuen, Director of Health, State of Hawaii, and Lee Wheeler, Director of the Hawaii State Hospital in Kaneohe, Hawaii (hereinafter appellees). We affirm.
