PRITCHARD, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was found guilty of murder in the second degree by the verdict of a jury. In accordance with the verdict, the trial court sentenced him to 15 years imprisonment in the Division of Corrections.

In his first point appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his pre-trial motion to strike the entire jury panel because its selection and composition did not represent a fair and accurate cross section of the community...
