BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.

The defendants appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court ordering them to expunge from the tax rolls of the city of Cranston certain assessments made on the plaintiffs' property and permanently enjoining the defendants from collecting any taxes based on these reassessments.
