STEPHENSON, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner Richard A. Moore, an inmate at the Iowa State Penitentiary in Fort Madison, contends that his exclusion from the courtroom during part of his criminal trial deprived him of his right of confrontation guaranteed by the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments. Moore's writ of habeas corpus, brought under 28 U.S.C. § 2254, was sustained by the district court.
