This is an action brought by appellees, Eligio J. Mora and wife, Elvira R. Mora, against appellant Jim Walter Homes, Inc., for alleged violations of the Texas Consumer Credit Code1 and for treble damages under the Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act.2
