Plaintiffs in this action have brought suit alleging that defendants have violated the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. § 1983; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d; Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3604(b) and (d) as well as the Fourteenth and First Amendments to the United States Constitution. They sue on behalf of four classes of white life...
