Lowell Wheeler was convicted by a jury in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri,1 of dealing in firearms without a license in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(1) (Count I) and for knowingly transferring a sawed-off shotgun in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5861(e) and 5871 (Count IV).
