Plaintiff, Zoltan Somogyi, brings this action charging federal securities laws violations and common law fraud in connection with his purchase in 1976 of the assets and good will of a Buffalo, New York Volkswagen dealership, lease of the dealership premises and acquisition from the regional Volkswagen distributor of a Volkswagen dealership franchise.
