A judgment of seven hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($775,000) was entered against petitioner. Seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) in damages was awarded to Gerald Rubush and twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) was awarded to Phyllis...
