OPINION

CANTU, Justice.

The offense is indecency with a child. The punishment is life imprisonment as a habitual offender. Trial was to a jury on both phases upon an indictment alleging two prior convictions for enhancement.

In three separate grounds of error appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury verdict. We are required to view the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict and in so doing a factual summary...
