The Littles brought this action in the District Court, Silver Bow County, to recover damages for the alleged negligence, breach of contract and breach of general warranties (sections 30-11-214 to 30-11-216, MCA), arising from the sale of a modular home by Grizzly Manufacturing to the Littles.
