In this admiralty action, the mortgagee and the former owner of the M/V Lygaria have moved for partial summary judgment with respect to certain in rem claims of the time charterer. Movants contend that a time charterer is not entitled to a maritime lien for "prospective lost profits" due to the owner's breach of the charter party in failing to maintain the vessel in a seaworthy condition....
