This is an appeal from an order sustaining a plea of privilege. Appellants brought suit for property damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident involving a truck owned by appellee which occurred at appellants' automotive muffler repair shop in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. Appellee, a domiciliary of Tarrant County, Texas, filed its plea of privilege to be sued in its home county...
