This case involves a group disability insurance policy issued by appellant Travelers Insurance Company to appellee Logan Cole's employer. Appellee became disabled on August 19, 1975, and appellant began paying benefits of $600 monthly under the policy. Appellant discontinued the payments on April 19, 1976 when it was discovered that appellee had received a Social Security disability award of $329.30 monthly.
