FILIPPINE, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court for a determination of the amount of damages recoverable by the plaintiffs. The Court having found that plaintiff Weldon Pretre contracted Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) as a result of his swine flu inoculation, the defendant has conceded causation and liability pursuant to the stipulation of the parties.
