YOUNG, Judge.

This is a consolidated appeal of two criminal cases. The primary issue is the denial of defendant's motion to suppress. We affirm.

In 1976, defendant pled guilty to robbery in the second degree. Imposition of sentence was suspended, and defendant was granted five years probation.
