Perry Silver brought this action to recover commissions allegedly owed to him by Gene K. Kolber Advertising, Inc. under a contract of employment. Kolber Advertising has counterclaimed under the same contract. The plaintiff claims the sum of $16,263.73 and the defendant counterclaims for $9,560.35.
