Petitioner-mother, B.M.P., was married to respondent-father for approximately twenty years. On June 20, 1980 a decree of dissolution of this marriage was entered in the circuit court of Franklin County, Missouri. The dissolution decree awarded the primary care and custody of M.E.P., the ten year old minor child in issue...
