This cause is before the Court on petition for certiorari to review the decision in Casto v. Casto, 388 So.2d 1 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980). The decision was a dismissal of petitioner's appeal as untimely filed under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110(b).
