This case was originally before Judge Noel Fox who issued a partial summary judgment dismissing Count I of this Complaint that Section 4a of the Michigan Comminuted Meat Law, 1973 P.A. 143, M.C.L. § 289.584a; M.S.A. § 12.964(4.1) violated the Supremacy Clause.
