Quinn L. Polsinelli was convicted by a jury of conspiring from about April 1, 1979, to April 30, 1979, with Daniel P. McFarland to distribute cocaine, a Schedule II narcotic drug, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1976). He was also convicted of distributing cocaine on April 30, 1979, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1976) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1976).
