This matter is before the Court on plaintiff's claims for equitable relief, consisting of reinstatement with back pay, and for reasonable attorneys' fees. A jury, having heard this matter, has already determined that plaintiff was not entitled to damages for emotional distress as a result of his allegations that he was wrongfully discharged from his employment in retaliation for the exercise of his first amendment right...
