The trial court suppressed the product of a warrantless United States Customs search on the ground that it was not supported by reasonable suspicion. The defendant has now confessed error in the light of our subsequent decision in State v. Smith, 399 So.2d 22 (Fla.3d DCA 1981) that there is no such requirement. Accord, United States v. Sandler,
