We are presented with cross-appeals from a judgment confirming an arbitrator's award and foreclosing a mechanic's lien based on that award. This appeal concerns the question of whether a party can shift the burden of attorney's fees in arbitration by instituting a mechanic's lien foreclosure action. The second issue on appeal is whether the trial court could add arbitration costs and pre-award interest to an arbitration award in rendering a final judgment...
