Our prior opinion in this case appeared at 590 S.W.2d 816 (Tex.Civ.App. — Dallas 1979) and held that because of jury misconduct the case should be retried. The supreme court reversed our holding with respect to jury misconduct and remanded to this court for review of points of appeal raised by Treasure City which were not discussed in our original opinion.
