This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing the plaintiff's action for damages and injunctive relief under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985(2)-(3), and 1986 for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Because the well-pleaded allegations of the complaint fail to show the deprivation of a federal right as required by § 1983, interference with a federal judicial proceeding as required...
