Between 1977 and 1980 Neil R. Peterson defended the United States in a major group of asbestos cases (the Norfolk cases) in the Norfolk and Newport News Divisions of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. In 1980, Mr. Peterson joined the law firm of Greitzer and Locks. As of April 23, 1981, Greitzer and Locks was co-counsel of record representing two hundred sixty (260) plaintiffs...
