The appellant, a licensed physician, brings this appeal to contest the trial court's dismissal of his third amended complaint. Dr. Buckner attempted to allege a civil conspiracy, jointly and severally, against the Florida Keys Hospital, doing business as Florida Keys Memorial Hospital; two separate boards of trustees of the hospital; two hospital administrators; and the hospital's medical staff, for injuries resulting from the underlying allegations...
