This is a workmen's compensation case.

Plaintiff, John Leslie Stinson, Jr., was employed by UPS as a truck driver to deliver packages. On November 11, 1978, while so employed, Stinson attempted to close a bulkhead door in the delivery vehicle and dislocated one of his shoulders.
