This is an action seeking a construction of a written farmout agreement1 between the plaintiff-appellee herein, W. A. Moncrief, Jr., and Martin Oil Services, Inc., the defendant-appellant. Martin owns certain oil and gas leases which are subject to a farmout agreement with appellee. Moncrief drilled the wells with which we are here concerned under the farmout agreement in order to earn certain interests...
