This is a plea of privilege case. E. Y. King and wife Joyce King brought suit against appellants Big Rock Properties Texas, Inc. and Big Rock Associates, Ltd. (Big Rock), alleging a cause of action under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Suit was brought in Galveston County, Texas and Big Rock filed a plea of privilege to be sued in Harris County, Texas.
