Eighteen appeals are presently pending in this Court which raise issues related to the St. Louis public school desegregation lawsuit.1 For the reasons which follow, we dismiss several of the appeals, for lack of jurisdiction, allow some to proceed with a reservation of the jurisdictional issues and allow others to proceed without specific reservation of jurisdictional issues.
