Defendant was charged with violating Vehicle Code, section 23102, subdivision (a), (driving under the influence of alcohol) with a prior conviction of the same offense. (1) The People appeal from a pretrial order granting defendant's motion to strike the allegation of a prior conviction.1 We reverse.
