This is an appeal from a decision of a justice of the Superior Court granting a new trial following a jury verdict in an action to set aside a conveyance of real estate on grounds of coercion and duress. A jury in the county of Washington found in favor of Raymond W. Bennett, Jr. (Raymond), determining that the conveyance resulted from duress brought to bear by his former wife, Eleanor R.
