Defendant moves for rehearing and there is no cross-motion. Our decision, Lane v. United States, Ct.Cl. 633 F.2d 1384 (1980), decided against plaintiffs' claims for reinstatement and back pay and those issues are not here involved. We also dismissed defendant's counterclaim for recovery of plaintiffs' illicit gratuities received...
