This is an appeal from a family court order terminating the parental rights of the appellants, Carlin Craig Woodruff and Mikala Kalaulipo Kanahele Woodruff, in their natural child, Jane Doe. The family court found that appellants had failed to provide for Jane's care and support although able to do so while Jane was on Niihau in the custody of Mrs. Jean Keale and her son John for over one year, pursuant to HRS § 571-61(b)(1)(D).
