This is a case concerning the right of possession to crops grown by the purchaser on land which was the subject of a purchase/sale contract that was never consummated. The trial Court, sitting without a jury, rendered a take nothing judgment against the Plaintiff, but rendered judgment for the intervenor for his services in harvesting the crop.
