Fred T. Hiller, III, a licensed real estate broker, appeals the district court order affirming the Real Estate Commission's suspension of his broker's license for violations of section 12-61-113(1)(n) and (t), C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl. Vol. 5).1 We reverse.
