This appeal involves an accident between a motorcycle, driven by plaintiff, Lindell Ramsey, and a car, driven by defendant, Clinton Vance. The jury in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County rendered a verdict in favor of Vance on Ramsey's claim for damages and in favor of Ramsey on Vance's counterclaim for damages. Ramsey alone appeals.
