HUGHES, Justice.

This appeal is from an action in trespass to try title. 609 S.W.2d 630 (Tex.Civ.App. 1980). The appealing defendants are the heirs of S. M. McCarthy, the son produced by the marriage of P. E. and Christine McCarthy. The plaintiffs are the heirs of Elizabeth McCarthy Lyscio, a daughter born to Christine McCarthy before her marriage to P. E. McCarthy. The defendants have assigned numerous errors...
