Plaintiff filed suit against her sister, the defendant, to obtain a judgment recognizing that an inter vivos donation of immovable property made by the parties' now deceased father to the defendant is subject to collation or, alternatively, reduction or, in the further alternative, is null and void as a donation omnium bonorum. Plaintiff also sought reimbursement of her pro rata share of funds received by the defendant from the rental of the property...
