Cowart appeals from the judgment of the district court affirming a decision by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) denying Mrs. Cowart's claim for disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. The district court found that the Secretary's decision was supported by substantial evidence and thus affirmed.
