These are appeals from convictions for aggravated promotion of prostitution. V.T. C.A., Penal Code Sec. 43.04. Punishment for appellant Dean Mooney was assessed under V.T.C.A., Penal Code Sec. 12.44(b), at confinement in the county jail for three days plus a fine of one thousand dollars.
