This action was filed by the beneficiaries of the last will and testament of Fletcher Long, Sr., against the executor of the estate of Mrs. Susan Fletcher Matkin, Mr. John D. Eldridge, and her heirs at law, to establish and enforce an oral contract to make a will between Fletcher Long, Sr. and Mrs. Matkin.
