PRICE, Judge.

Defendant, a non-resident, appeals a judgment evicting him from certain leased premises for failure to timely pay rent. We affirm.

Wallace, entered into a contract for the lease of restaurant facilities owned by plaintiff-corporation, Investor Inns, Inc., whose sole stockholder is Joe Bailey Grant.
