This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of the Plaintiffs who were seeking a declaration that their certain oil and gas leasehold interest, created by an unrecorded November 15, 1966 letter agreement, covered certain disputed acreage as a matter of law, and that the Defendants were on notice of the letter.
