The several matters discussed in this opinion grow out of an intersectional collision between two automobiles. On June 18, 1979, vehicles driven by James D. Campbell and Teresa McFerrin Parish collided at the intersection of Louisiana Highway 6 and Louisiana Highway 3110 within the city limits of Natchitoches, Louisiana.
