Claimant appeals from a Workers' Compensation Board order reversing the hearing officer and holding that claimant's aggravation claim had not been properly filed with State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation (SAIF) and, in any event, that the evidence did not establish that claimant had in fact suffered an aggravation of her prior back problems as opposed to a new injury.
