ORDER

This diversity case raises two questions of the admissibility of evidence at trial. On the night of October 25, 1977, defendant-appellee Margaret Stegall was driving on Interstate 65 in Kentucky, with her husband. Weather conditions were bad, the road was wet, and visibility was poor, so she was driving at a reduced rate of speed. A large truck owned by plaintiff-appellant, traveling at a faster speed, came close behind her car and moved into the left-hand...
