This is a suit to remove a cloud from the title to real property. The trial court rendered judgment for the appellee on its cross-action. We affirm.

The appellant asserts two points of error: (1) the trial court erred in holding that the abstract of judgment was legally sufficient because the abstract did not include the birthdate and driver's license number of the judgment debtor, as required by Art. 5447, V.A.C.S. and (2) the trial court...
